Provide direct, small-group and individualized literacy intervention for students identified through universal screening and progress monitoring data.
Deliver explicit, systematic, and evidence-based instruction in foundational reading skills.
Collaborate closely with the Building Literacy/Instructional Coach to plan, implement, monitor, and refine intervention services.
Use assessment data to identify student needs, set instructional goals, and adjust interventions based on student progress.
Participate in problem-solving teams, data meetings, and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) processes.
Support the implementation of district literacy initiatives and evidence-based instructional practices.
Maintain a positive, supportive learning environment that promotes student confidence, engagement, and academic growth.
Participate in professional learning opportunities related to literacy instruction, intervention practices, and adolescent reading development.
Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or district administration.
